1.All merchandise must be in the condition, which it was sent.
2.Products showing wear and tear will not be accepted for return.
3.You are responsible for all shipping charges. We recommend you ask the shipper for a tracking number before shipping to us. We are not responsible for any items until we receive them
4. Nonrefundable deposits
5. Orders are custom made and there for non returnable


I am more than happy to make repairs however additional fees will apply. Depending on the type of repair labor charges may apply as well as cost of new materials.
